Answer: I'm sorry but we do not deliver to residential areas. Our policy is to sell to the licensed trade only so we only deliver to salons.

Answer: We only sell to Salons in the New Jersey & New York areas. I suggest that you contact the BBSI (Barber & Beauty Supply Institute) in Scottsdale, Arizona to find out from them if they have any Distributors in Mexico or if they know of any US Distributors that do business in Mexico. Answer: We only sell to the licensed trade professional. If you are licensed, where do you live or work? We have "Professional Only" convenience stores in NJ and NY. You need to bring your license to the store the first time and proper ID and you will be issued a photo ID card from that location. We are very strict with our policies for our protection as well as yours without profession.

Answer: We are licensed for the states of New Jersey and parts of New York by contract with all of our major lines. Our telemarketing department can sell you all the other non-major goods and sundry items. You can call them at 908-964-6340.
Can I order product on-line from your web site?
Answer: Currently we are not set up to do Internet sales because of our "licensed trade sales only" policy as well as agreements and contracts with some manufacturers restricting the sales on the Internet because of the high risk of diversion.

Answer: You can get in touch with any of our store managers at our store locations, but you will need her student ID #, what school she is attending and her name to purchase it.
